Terms of use
Community system of precision agriculture data sharing UTIPA.INFO works on the principle of "what type data you provide you can then access". Everyone can enter the system and voluntarily agree to abide by the given rules, the most important of which are: :
- His demeanor and actions must not damage UTIPA.INFO reputation and name
- Data and all forms of output from UTIPA .INFO must be provided to third parties or used for profit
- Presentations and use of data is only possible if UTIPA.INFO is listed as the source
Serious breach of the rules may result in exclusion from the community UTIPA. INFO, or revoke of access to the system; in extreme cases, a compensation for damages caused may be exacted.
